(1) Abnormal noise phenomenon of transmission shaft

When the car is running, the transmission device emits periodic noises. The higher the speed, the louder the noise. In severe cases, it is accompanied by body vibration.

(2) Reasons for abnormal noise of the drive shaft

The main reason is the dynamic imbalance of the drive shaft, the deformation of the drive shaft or the falling off of the balance block, etc. The second is the loosening of the fixing bolts of the intermediate support hanger or the loosening of the connecting bolts of the universal joint flange plate, which makes the drive shaft skew.

(3) Diagnosis and elimination of abnormal noise of transmission shaft

In addition to the fault diagnosis method of "dynamic imbalance of the transmission shaft", check whether the fixing bolts of the intermediate support hanger and the connecting bolts of the universal joint flange plate are loose. If they are loose, abnormal noise is caused by this.
