After removing the lock ring of the needle roller bearing shell of the other two cross shafts, hold the two journals of the cross shaft by hand, tap the edge of the universal joint fork of the transmission shaft or the telescopic sleeve with a hammer, and use the cross shaft to support the bearing. The shell is ejected. When disassembling, do not knock the edge of the bearing hole or the bottom of the bearing shell;

Install the bearing needle rollers. ③ Put the needle roller bearing cover, felt and washer back on the cross journal, then put the cross shaft into the universal joint fork, the side with the grease nipple faces the drive shaft, and install it into the bearing shell (with grooves and screw holes). 3. After assembly, the tightness is required to be able to rotate freely without being loose. The matching clearance between the universal joint fork hole and the bearing shell is 0-0.04mm. The bearing shell should not be stuck with the oil seal seat and cannot rotate. After passing the inspection, inject the grease again.
