1.1 Use and maintenance of front axle
1.1.1 Before using the new axle, add a sufficient amount of 2# lithium grease to each grease nipple.
1.1.2 After the new axle is installed, the entire vehicle must first go through 1500Km, re-adjust the brake clearance, and check the fasteners of each part before it can be officially put into use.
1.1.3 Axle maintenance
1) Add 2# lithium-based grease to each grease nipple every 2000 km;
2) Check the brake clearance every 5000km;
3) Every 8000-10000Km driving, check the tightness of the brake bottom plate, check the looseness of the wheel hub bearing, and check the wear of the brake pads. If the wear of the brake pads exceeds the limit, the brake pads must be replaced immediately.
2. Use and maintenance of rear axle
2.1 Use of new axle
1) Before using the new axle, inject sulfur-phosphorus type 90# heavy-duty gear oil (GL-5) into the reducer from the oil injection hole to the level of the oil hole, about 12 liters.
2) Before using the new axle, add a sufficient amount of 2# lithium grease to each grease nipple.
3) After the new axle is used, the whole vehicle must go through 1500Km, readjust the brake clearance, and recheck the fasteners (except the glued bolts) before it can be officially put into use.
2.2Rear axle maintenance
1) Frequently remove the dirt and dust on the vent plug of the rear axle housing.
2) Frequently check the oil filling hole screw plug and the oil drain screw plug. If oil leakage is found, it should be tightened in time, or the sealing gasket should be replaced.
3) For every 2000Km driving, add 2# lithium grease to the grease nipple to clean the vent plug; check the tightness of the axle bolts and check the oil level of the gear in the axle housing (open the oil level bolts to check).
4) Check the brake clearance every 5000km.
5) Every 800-1000Km, check the tightness of the brake bottom plate; check the looseness of the wheel hub bearing; check the wear of the brake pads, if the wear of the brake pads exceeds the limit pit, the brake pads must be replaced ; Check the quality of the gear oil in the axle housing, if it has deteriorated or become thinner, replace it with new oil in time. The mileage of the first oil change is 1500Km; the gear oil must be replaced every 24000Km afterwards.
